Nicholas is a real estate enthusiast and strategist at Rarity Realty Inc. He founded Rarity Realty to leverage his multi-faceted background in management consulting, real estate investment, asset management, deal advisory, and brokerage services.
He is an alumnus of the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University (Forks Up!), and the Marshall School of Business & Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California (Fight On!).

Peter's responsibilities and experience cover every aspect of the physical growth process including business & workplace strategy, brokerage, business development, qualification & modeling, execution and build outs. Peter also has a keen interest in the automotive industry, advising Himalaya (Land Rover RestoMod and Lifestyle) on its market growth and continues to coach aspiring Cricketers both young and not so young, the best game in the world.
